Service Description. This Site describes Wildlife Removal, Wildlife Trapper, Bat Exclusion Service, Bat Removal, Nuisance Wildlife Control provided by Michigan Wildlife Authority. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Michigan Wildlife Authority and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

As-Is Basis. https://wildliferemovalholly.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Michigan Wildlife Authority makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Michigan Wildlife Authority's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Michigan Wildlife Authority against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Law and Venue. MI law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in MI.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
